We are pleased to announce that the team comprising Aastha Gupta, Aditya Gopikrishnan, Dhruv Singh Garcha, Neel Rao, Vidushi Singh, and Vihaan MN, representing National Law University, Jodhpur have emerged as the Quarter-Finalists in the 31st Willem C. Vis (Vienna) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, 2024 held in Vienna from 22nd - 28th March, 2024.This is the first team from the University to have advanced to the Quarter Finals in the competition, and the only Asian team to have advanced beyond the Round of 32 in this edition, from among nearly 400 participating teams.
Also, the team has been adjudged the Runners-Up of the 17th Permanent Court of Arbitration Vis Pre-Moot, 2024 held at The Hague, Netherlands.
We are also proud to announce that the team member Aditya Gopikrishnan won the Honourable Mention for the Martin Domke Award for Best Individual Oralist and Dhruv Singh Garcha won the prize for the 3rd Best Oralist.
