National Law University Jodhpur (NLUJ) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cybersecurity Advisors Network (CyAN), a respected international non-profit based in Paris, France. This partnership marks the first institutional collaboration of its kind between a National Law University in India (and the Asian region) and CyAN.
The MoU will strengthen cybersecurity education and capacity building through expert mentorship programmes, specialised training, joint awareness campaigns, and international knowledge sharing. It focuses on key areas including cyber law, cybercrime investigations, child online safety, AI governance, emerging technologies, and more.
Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Vice-Chancellor, NLUJ, said: “This collaboration brings world-class global expertise to legal education; International expert cooperation is necessary to equip law students and faculty with practical skills and insights in AI and Cybersecurity that will shape a safer digital India.”
