National Law University Jodhpur has been conferred with the CyberPeace Centre of Excellence Award at the Global CyberPeace Summit 2.0. This award was presented on 10th February 2026 at Bharat Mandapam as part of the AI Impact Summit 2026. The award is a formal reflection of National Law University Jodhpur, which is leading in the country's techno-legal field.
The award citation formally endorses the University in recognition of outstanding organisational leadership and excellence in promoting cyber-peace through research, training, policy engagement, outreach, innovation, and measurable social impact at regional, state and national levels, and further acknowledges the institution's strategic role in its commitment to building a safer, more trusted, and more resilient digital ecosystem. This is deeply appreciated, and it is proudly acknowledged by the CyberPeace Summit 2026.
This honour is a direct result of the forward-thinking leadership of our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur , Her strong support has been the foundation for our Centres of Excellence, helping NLU Jodhpur to connect legal education with AI technology.
Moreover, this success is shared by the whole team at NLU Jodhpur. It comes from the deep thinking of our teachers, the fresh ideas of our researchers, and the constant help from our non-teaching and office staff. Their combined work has helped the University move from just teaching to playing an active role in building the nation.
