Prof. Bruce Wardhaugh, Professor of Competition Law at Durham Law School and Visiting Professor at NLUJ delivered a faculty seminar on his working paper titled: "Against Fairness: Redistribution, Bigness and the purpose of Antitrust" on 30 April 2025. The seminar was followed by extensive deliberations with faculty giving inputs on the various facets to be included in the working paper.
