Praneesh Goyal, an alumnus of the National Law University, Jodhpur, has been recognized as one of India's top individual lawyers in the Forbes Legal Powerlist 2024. He pursued his early education at St. Paul’s School, Agra, and Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram. Subsequently, he secured admission to NLU Jodhpur, an institution he deeply credits for shaping his professional journey and legal acumen.
During his third year at NLU Jodhpur, Praneesh proactively began offering pro-bono advisory and legal assistance, underscoring his commitment to impactful and community-oriented legal practice. Immediately upon graduation, he founded MGCO Legal, a law firm that has rapidly expanded to a robust team of over 30 professionals, with offices across Agra, Noida, Lucknow, and an international presence in Dubai. Praneesh is also a certified legal consultant in Dubai, advising a diverse global clientele.
Currently, Praneesh serves as the Chief Representative in the Middle East for the India Discovery Fund, one of India's largest Category 1 funds. Under his leadership, MGCO Legal has garnered nominations from Thomson Reuters and Asian Legal Business as a finalist for "Emerging Markets Law Firm of the Year," "Sports and Gaming Law Firm of the Year," and "Rising Law Firm of the Year."
Praneesh continues to represent numerous multinational corporations and SMEs, facilitating their expansion into Indian and Middle Eastern markets.
