National Law University, Jodhpur signs MoU with Dharmashastra National Law University

Jodhpur, January 18, 2025: In a significant milestone for legal education and research, National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ), and Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Vice Chancellors’ Conclave held at NLU Jodhpur.

The MoU was signed on January 18, 2025, during the Vice Chancellors’ Conclave. The event saw participation from Vice Chancellors of National Law Schools across India.

The agreement was signed by, Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Vice Chancellor of NLUJ and Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Vice Chancellor of DNLU, in the presence of the NLUJ Registrar, Dr. Sunita Pankaj (RAS). This partnership seeks to harmonize the professional strengths of both institutions, fostering progress in legal education, capacity development, and research initiatives.

The MoU sets forth various significant goals, such as enabling student and faculty exchange programs, promoting joint research endeavors, and hosting collaborative academic activities, including seminars, conferences, and moot court competitions

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Vice Chancellor of NLUJ, said that "This MoU is a significant step towards nurturing a robust academic and research-oriented partnership.
