On 14th December 2024, workshop on block printing and gift wrapping was organised for support staff members of National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ). The resource persons- Mrs. Vijayshree and Mrs. Kiran Gehlot from Government residential Women Polytechnic College, Jodhpur, provided hands on training to the participants. More than 70 support staff members attended the workshop.
The workshop is a step ahead in implementing the vision of Prof. Harpreet Kaur, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Jodhpur in providing educational and skill learning and skill advancement training to staff members of NLUJ. The educational training of the support staff is already going on at NLUJ. This workshop on skill training was received well by the participants. The expressed their gratitude to authorities for organising such training programs that not only served the purpose of learning new skill but encouraged team building and bringing out creativity among them. Prof. Kaur and Dr. Sunita Pankaj, RAS, Registrar, NLUJ are committed to organising continuous education and skill training programs to ensure that the NLUJ support staff members are self dependent and confident in show casing their talent. In the future, more programs focusing on holistic development of staff members and support staff members are planned by the authorities.
