The Editorial Board of Solventia – Journal of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws is pleased to present Volume II, Issue 2, featuring thought-provoking scholarship to the ongoing academic and policy discourse in the insolvency and bankruptcy law framework.

We extend our gratitude to all the authors for their contribution to this issue and to our dedicated Editorial Board for their significant efforts.
