National Law University, Jodhpur has launched “Jagriti – Access to justice” a socio-legal educational video series that seeks to make complex legal and social issues accessible to all in Hindi language. Conceived under the guidance of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, and with the support of Registrar Dr. Sunita Pankaj, the initiative is coordinated and directed by Dr. Asha Bhandari and Dr Anjali Thanvi.
Jagriti focuses on key themes such as access to justice, government scheme for welfare of women, legal, constitutional, political rights of women, mental health, cybercrime, care economy, financial challenges of the digital era and gender equality at workplaces and home. With faculty simplifying complex socio-legal concerns for diverse audiences, the series aims to bridge the gap between legal scholarship and societal needs while fostering awareness, dialogue, and social responsibility.
