During the May 2024 visit to the UK, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Harpreet Kaur met with several distinguished international academics. The Association of Commonwealth Universities invited her to the Vice Chancellors' Summit. Besides this, Prof. Kaur had meetings with Professor David Kershaw, Dean of LSE Law School, Professor Gerner Carsten, Professor of Commercial Law and International Vice Dean at UCL Law School, Prof. Bruce Wardough, Professor- Competition Law and Dr. Clara Martins Pereira, Assistant Professor in Law and Director for International Development at Durham Law School – Durham University for collaborations between NLU Jodhpur and their universities. She also presented on the topic Consumer protection in digital markets under Consumer Protection Law and Competition Law.
She also visited The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London and met Professor Alexander Turk. She was presented a book on Competition Law by its author Prof. Alison Jones, Professor of Law. King’s College.
She also met Professor Adam Habib, Vice Chancellor of SOAS, University of London.Prof. Kaur visited University of Liverpool, UK to meet Prof. Fiona Beveridge, Executive Pro- Vice Chancellor, Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas, Dean of the School of Law and their team to sign an MoU between NLUJ and University of Liverpool, UK.
Prof. Kaur interacted with the alumni of NLUJ in the UK. She is proud to witness the professional growth of NLUJ alumni Ali Amerjee, Nakul Nayak, Aashna Agarwal, Mridul Godha, Swapnil Tripathi, Adya Garg and Bhavyakirti Singh.
