Dr. Ashish Saraswat (Law)
Assistant Professor

Dr. Ashish Saraswat is an Assistant Professor of Law at the National Law University, Jodhpur. He earned his Ph.D. on the topic “Evolving Legal Framework for Solar Energy in India: A Study in the Context of Energy Justice and Sustainable Development.” Dr. Saraswat holds a two-year LL.M. in International Legal Studies from South Asian University, New Delhi, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, New Delhi.

He has actively participated in numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars, presenting papers on a wide range of subjects in both national and international legal contexts. His academic interests span public international law, international environmental law, energy law, climate change law, refugee law, law and technology, and human rights law.

Dr. Saraswat has also authored several articles and book chapters published in reputed national and international journals and edited volumes. His scholarly contributions focus on areas such as renewable energy law, international human rights law, law & technology, and

international environmental law.
