Dr. Prashant Bhadu currently serves as Assistant Professor (Law) at the National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur. Before joining NLU Jodhpur, he worked at School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh in the capacity of Assistant Professor (Law). Dr. Prashant has also served as Principal (In-charge)/Assistant Professor at the Andaman Law College, Port Blair (now Sri Vijaya Puram), demonstrating his leadership capabilities in academic administration. He possesses comprehensive teaching expertise across multiple legal disciplines, having taught Law of Evidence, Information Technology Law, Public International Law, Environmental Law, Civil Procedure Code and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

His doctoral research focuses on Admissibility of Digital Evidence in Cyber Crime Justice Delivery System. He holds LL.M. in Human Rights Laws and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal and Forensic Science from Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), Bikaner. He has qualified B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Laws from School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

Dr. Prashant has demonstrated commitment to social service through the UK Government funded Pravah International Citizen Service programme, contributing to education, health and civic participation projects in rural Rajasthan communities. Dr. Prashant has actively participated in various seminars/conferences and presented papers on range of national and international legal issues. His publications include:
