Dr. Manisha Rawat currently serves as Assistant Professor (Law) at the National Law University, Jodhpur. Before joining NLU Jodhpur, she worked at Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and at Rajasthan University. Dr Manisha has previously taught Law of Transfer of property, Evidence law, Civil Procedure, Domestic Violence, Protection of Children from Sexual offence.
She has actively participated in numerous conferences, and seminars, presenting papers on a wide range of subjects in both national and international legal contexts. Her doctoral research examined 'the Role of forensic science in criminal investigation in India with special reference to DNA'. She holds LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law. She has qualified B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from National Law University, Odisha. Her publications include:
