Dr. Hemant Kumar Chaturvedi is an Assistant Professor at the National Law University, Jodhpur. He is a Law Graduate from University of Delhi (Campus Law Centre) and pursued his LL.M. in Criminal Law from National Law University, Jodhpur. He was a Senior Research Fellow under University Grants Commission and earned his Ph.D. from Department of Law, University of Rajasthan titled “Emerging Trends in Protection of Child Rights Under Indian Criminal Laws and International Covenants: A Critical Analysis”. He has also visited some foreign universities for research pursuits such as National University of Singapore (Faculty of Law) and Malaysia University. Dr.Hemant has published various research papers and articles in peer reviewed, UGC CARE listed journals and international journals. He has also attended various workshops, seminars and conferences. Dr.Hemant also worked with some NGO’s working for the welfare of children and women, and for the protection of environment in rural areas.
