Assistant Professor

Dr. Chandni is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Jodhpur. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, and an LL.M. in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur.

 

She has also completed her Ph.D. in Cross-Border Insolvency from National Law University, Jodhpur. She has qualified the UGC-NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and subsequently served as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) at the University during her doctoral research.

 

Dr. Chandni has authored several research papers published in UGC CARE-listed and reputed international journals. Her academic engagement is further reflected in her active participation in numerous national and international conferences, where she has presented papers on diverse themes in corporate and commercial law.

 

Her areas of interest include Competition Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Company Law, and Corporate Governance. She brings a research-driven and practice-oriented approach to her teaching and research, contributing to the academic environment of the University with depth and insight.
