Dr. Niranjan Rajpurohit (Management)
Associate Professor

Dr. Niranjan Rajpurohit is currently working as Associate Professor, Faculty of Management and Assistant Dean, ODL Programme at National Law University, Jodhpur. He is an MBA graduate from DoMS, IIT Roorkee and holds a University Gold Medal in B.E. (Hons.) - ECE from MBM University, Jodhpur. His doctoral thesis at DAVV Indore focused on the applications of machine learning in management, where he used structural equation modeling–artificial neural network (SEM-ANN) approach to develop a model for deploying effective project teams in real-time. He is a UGC NET-qualified professional in Management and has extensive experience in both industry and academia.

During his six-year tenure at BHEL (a Maharatna PSU) in the Group-A executive cadre, he managed a wide range of HRM activities while working in different plants and offices across India. As the In-charge of the New Initiatives Cell at the Nagpur HQ, he was a Core Team Member responsible for implementing SAP-HR and PCMM. At the Trichy plant, he was a member of the team that earned the prestigious RASBIC award. His past academic experience includes working at the School of Business Management, NMIMS Indore, and at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, where he taught core and elective courses in HR, OB, Management Consulting, Indian Ethos and Business Ethics. He received the ‘InsideIIM's Professor of the Year’ recognition in both 2020 and 2021, an achievement he deeply cherishes.

He is a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. His consultancy assignments and MDPs have encompassed large organizations such as Indore Smart City Dev. Ltd., Canara Bank, BPCL, M.P. Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., ICSI Indore, AU Small Finance Bank, A-One Products, Wonder Home Finance, OAG Nepal (ITEC), etc., in the areas of AI Ethics, EI at Workplace, and Strategic HRM. His research work has been published in Web of Science, ABDC, and Scopus indexed journals, as well as in books published by Apple Academic Press, CRC Press, Taylor and Francis, Bloomsbury, and IGI Global. He has served as a reviewer for books and papers published by Emerald, McGraw Hill, IGI Global, Bloomsbury, and Springer Nature.

He has also served as a Subject Matter Expert for AICTE’s SLA project.
