Dr. Divya is working as an Assistant Professor (Law) at NLU Jodhpur. She has a strong academic foundation and practical experience in the field of law. She earned her undergraduate degree in law with Honors in Constitutional laws followed by Masters in Business Laws and Ph.D from National Law University, Delhi. Her doctoral research examined the impact of Big Data on Competition Law, highlighting the need for a Digital Competition Law in India.
Before joining NLU Jodhpur, she worked at the National Highways Authority of India/NHAI under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and at the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation/NICDC under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where her role mainly focused on Contracts and Arbitration. She has also published research papers on topics ranging from Competition law to Constitutional laws in peer-reviewed, SCOPUS and UGC CARE journals. Additionally, she has undertaken training in Government Contracts with the Department of Economic Affairs (GoI) & NLSIU and completed the Comparative CopyrightX course at Harvard Law School.
