Dr. Sucheta Boora is an Assistant Professor of Management at National Law University, Jodhpur. She holds a Master of Human Resource and Organisational Development from the University of Delhi and is NET and JRF qualified in the subject of Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management. Dr. Boora earned her Ph.D. in Business Management from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, where she focused on work alienation.

Her prolific research has led to numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at both national and international conferences. Prior to her current role, she significantly contributed to the academic environment at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (Mussoorie), India’s apex administrative training institute, where she worked for over two years.

Dr. Boora has also completed several faculty development programs and workshops, further honing her expertise in the field of management. Additionally, she is an alumna of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA).
