This symposium seeks to critically engage with the concept of constitutional silences by reflecting on the gaps, absences, and interpretive complexities within India’s constitutional framework, while revisiting Ambedkar’s transformative vision in contemporary discourse. The event will also mark the launch of the Special Issue by Comparative Constitutional Law & Administrative Law Journal, titled “Decoding Constitutional Silences: Experiences from India.”
We are honoured to host an esteemed panel of scholars and practitioners who have contributed to this special issue. The symposium will be conducted in an online mode and is open to students, researchers, and legal professionals across institutions.
Join us in fostering meaningful academic dialogue and celebrating Ambedkar Jayanti through thoughtful constitutional engagement.
