The Centre aims to address contemporary challenges, to empower innovation by promoting legal and regulatory framework for emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and blockchain, communication governance, promoting IP awareness among local artisans, and driving policy research on interface between law and technology. The Centre bolster entrepreneurship by supporting MSMEs and women- led enterprises through training programs and assistance in securing Geographical Indication (GI) tags for unique products. CERA aims to serve as a training hub for youth and state employees in legal research, innovation, sustainability and laws.
