The Indian Journal of Legal Theory is an open access, annual student run journal which is published under the auspices of National Law University, Jodhpur. It is one of the first of its kind journals in India, devoted to the study of legal theory, legal philosophy and jurisprudence. It primarily aims to encourage debate and analysis among practicing professionals and academicians in this largely ignored area of law, especially in India. The journal released its inaugural issue in May 2016.
