Center for Human Resources Initiatives and Industrial Relations Studies (CHRIIRS)
The Center has been established to carry out intense research on related issues on Human Resources Management and their interface with labour and industrial management. The research initiatives are primarily focused to bring out quality research input to be presented in reputed platforms, and ensure development of working group papers, organization of seminars and workshops. The major objectives are to conduct lectures in the areas interdisciplinary issues in HRM and Labour management; to organize debates and group discussions in employment related issues and involve students in research projects in the field of people management.
