Assistant Professor

Dr. Vedantam Leela is working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management Studies at National Law University, Jodhpur. She teaches Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics. She has more than 22 years of teaching experience at National Law University, Jodhpur.  She was awarded Ph.D. from J.N.V.University, Jodhpur, on the topic - “Evaluation of Employee Training in Insurance Sector”. She is the Executive Director of the Center for Human Resources Initiatives and Industrial Relations Studies. She is also member of some functional committees. She has presented various papers and has chaired technical sessions during her participation in National and International Conferences. She has written research papers which are published in various National and International Journals. Her areas of Interest areas are Ethical Behavior in Workplace, Conflict, Management, Leadership Behavior and Mindful Leadership
