Mr. Sarthak Mishra (Law)
Assistant Professor

Mr. Sarthak Mishra, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Law, where he primarily administers the subjects of Company Law, Investments Law, and International Commercial Arbitration.

He has previously worked as Legal-cum-Research Associate with the Department of Law & Legislative Affairs, Government of Chhattisgarh. He has worked extensively on drafting of Departmental Policies, Legislations, as well as drafting replies on behalf of the Government. He has also carried responsibilities in his capacity of Conciliation Officer Department of Labour, Government of Chhattisgarh.

He is also the recipient of the Research Grant from the National Foundation for Corporate Governance, Ministry of Corporate Affairs to undertake empirical research on the topic “Role of Proxy Advisors in Efficient and Effective Governance of Indian Corporations: Promoting Shareholder Activism or Increasing Dependency for Informed Decision Making”.

At National Law University, Jodhpur, he carries out several Administrative responsibilities, in addition to his academic obligations. He currently holds the following positions within the University:
