Mr. Aniruddh Panicker

Mr. Aniruddh Panicker joined the National Law University, Jodhpur, Faculty of Law in 2018. His area of specialization is International Trade Laws. He completed his undergraduate programme in Law from the National Law University Odisha. Mr. Panicker holds his Master's Degree in Law from the National Law University, Jodhpur with specialization in International Trade Law. He wrote his dissertation on the topic "Principles of Distributive Justice under the International Trade Regime". He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Law from the National Law University, Jodhpur in the area of International Trade Law. His doctoral research focuses on the topic- "Balancing Free Trade and Fair Trade in WTO: A Critical Analysis under International Trade Obligation". Mr. Panicker has teaching experience at the post graduate and undergraduate levels. He administers courses in Legal Methods and Legal Systems, Property Law, and Principles of Distributive Justice under International Trade Regime. His areas of interest include International Law, International Trade Law, Legal Theory, Legal Research, Property Law and Investment Laws. Mr. Panicker is also the Faculty Advisor of the Debating Society at the National Law University, Jodhpur.
