Dr. Manisha Mirdha has been teaching at National Law University for over two decades previous to which she was teaching at JNVU as a guest faculty.  Recipient of state scholarship for her PhD research, she cleared UGC-NET in both Political Science and Psychology. Currently she teaches Political Theory, Indian Government & Politics and International Relations. Previously subjects taught by her at National Law University, Jodhpur include Criminology, Forensic Psychology, Crime and Society, Applied Social Psychology, Organizational Behaviour. She consistently presents her views in numerous National- International Conferences, Educational Multi Media Research Centers, Expert discourses by Universities of repute, Judicial Academy, and similar forums. She also chairs and is member to various bodies/ institutions of repute, Panel of External Reviewers, Editorial boards etc. Has also successfully completed, and topped Refresher Programs, conducted and participated in FDPs and Training Programs. Extensively contributed in Curriculum designing of various courses, Distance Education Programs and organized numerous national and international Conferences/seminars under the aegis of ICSSR, NHRC, BCI, ITEC to name a few. Some of her administrative responsibilities are in the capacities of Dean, Students’ Welfare, Chairperson- Centre for Wellness and Counseling (CWC),  Faculty Advisor- Corporate Law Society(CLS),  Coordinator- NLUJ-ITEC Programs, Aditya Birla Scholarship Advisor, Reliance Foundation Scholarship Advisor, RICC -member, Executive Director- CSESI amid other.
