Ms. Garishma Bhayana joined National Law University, Jodhpur in the year 2022. She is also a Member of Centre for Studies in Environment, Energy, Natural Resources Law and Policy and the Centre for Studies in Global Trade Engagements and Negotiations (CGTen Trade Lab) in the University. Before joining the University, she was working as the University Junior Research Fellow in the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. During her tenure at WBNUJS, Kolkata she designed and taught the subject of Disaster Management Law.
She has completed her LL.M. from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences in the area of International Trade Law. Her areas of interest include Environmental Law, International Trade Law and Intellectual Property Rights. She has presented papers in international and national seminars of repute in the area of International Trade Law and Environmental Law.
