Assistant Professor

Mr. Siddharth Balani is working as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law at National Law University, Jodhpur since 2022. He has completed his specialisation in the field of Corporate Law and has been teaching subjects such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Financial Market and Regulatory System, Research Methodology, Intellectual Property Valuation & Management, Penology, Victimology & Correctional Administration as well as Socio-Economic Offences.Before joining National Law University, Jodhpur, he was working as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun from 2020 to 2022. He has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Seedling School of Law & Governance, Jaipur National University, Jaipur from 2017-2019.

He is presently the Chairperson the Moot Court Committee at National Law University, Jodhpur. He is also the Executive Director of the Centre for Capital Market and Business Strategy. Additionally, he is also a member of the Legal Aid & Awareness Committee and the Centre for Litigation Studies. Mr. Siddharth Balani is also a Member of the Subject Allocation, Time-Table and Workload Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, Disciplinary Council (Men), Campus Security and Disciplinary Committee as well as the Health-Care Committee of the University. He is also appointed as the Warden for Nagendra Singh Halls of Residence (Boys).
