Scholarship to attend arbitration summer course by International Academy for Arbitration Law

Aditya Pratap Singh (Semester X, Class of 2016) has been awarded a full scholarship of 2000 Euros by the International Academy for Arbitration Law, Paris to attend its Summer Session between July 4th - July 22nd, 2016. The scholarship amount, which has been granted by the Academy, covers the tuition fee and travel to and fro Paris.
The International Academy for Arbitration Law provides advanced Summer Courses to students and young practitioners interested in international arbitration; and this year it received applications submitted by extremely qualified candidates coming from 77 different countries and including graduate and doctoral students, practitioners, academics, magistrates and government representatives.

Aditya Pratap Singh (Semester X, Batch 2016) & Rohan V. Tigadi (Semester X, Batch 2016) got their paper on Arbitration law, published in Oxford Arbitration International, Oxford University Press. Name of the paper and citation are given below:

Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh from NLU-Jodhpur for the topic: "Steeplechase or a Long Marathon: Convincing Minority Shareholders by way of Squeeze out" have secured 2nd Rank and will be awarded cash Prize of ₹ 6,000/-. Essay was organized Centre for Corporate and Competition Law in association with Khaitan & Co.  The name of the essay was GCCCL First Research Writing Competition, 2015.
