Dr. Shweta Amrawanshi is working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at National Law University, Jodhpur. She has recently joined the University in the month of September 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree in law with Honors from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal in the year 2011, followed by LLM in Public Law and Ph.D from National Law University, Delhi. Her doctoral research titled “From Equality to Quality: Impact and Implementation of the RTE Act, 2009 in Bhopal”.
Before joining National Law University, Jodhpur, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Government Law College, Higher Education of M.P. for 4 and a half years and at Amity University, Noida for a couple of years, where she administered papers on Criminal Laws, Laws relating Women and Children, Legal English, Laws for Engineers etc. She has also published research papers on a variety of topics ranging from criminal law and human rights law in peer-reviewed journals.
