Atul Sharma, specializes in the areas of WTO laws, trade policy, export controls, customs classification & valuation and Indian regulatory laws such as legal metrology, food safety, telecom and electricity laws, etc. He has also handled cases relating to foreign exchange management and competition laws.
Atul successfully acted as a co-counsel for Government of Taiwan in India — Anti-Dumping Duties on USB Flash Drives from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu and for Government of India in US “ Definitive Countervailing Duties on Certain Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from India (DS436) and Turkey ” Safeguard zmeasures on imports of cotton yarn (other than sewing thread) (DS428) before the WTO. He also advised government of India through its exports promotion council on rules negotiations at the WTO. Atul also acted for MOFCOM, People's Republic of China in multiple transitional product-specific safeguards proceedings initiated by India.
Atul has represented multinational companies in defending classification and obtaining lower rate of import duty before the customs authorities in India and has advised them on export control laws in India. Atul holds a Master's degree in Law from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law with honors in International Trade and Investment from National Law University, Jodhpur. He was awarded Vice Chancellors Gold Medal for the year 2006 for his overall performance during the course. He currently holds the position of Managing Director, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Sarl.

Kunal Kumbhat, B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons.), NLUJ; LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from the 'London School of Economics and Political Science'. He has worked as an Associate at Trilegal, Delhi; Allen & Overy LLP, London (United Kingdom). Currently working as an Associate at Majumdar & Co., Mumbai.

Adarsh Ramanujan, B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons.), NLUJ; LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Antitrust from University of California, Berkeley. Qualified the California (USA) Bar Examination in 2010 as well as the Patent Agent Examination in India, in 2011. Specialized in Border Control Proceedings before the customs authorities, which involves preventing the importance of products infringing IPR. His litigation practice also includes practice before specialized tribunals dealing with issues relating to validity of IPR.

Angira Singhvi, B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), NLUJ. Worked with Herbert Smit LLP for a period of two years in London and in Dubai. Thereafter, been working as an Associate with J. Sagar Associates in their general corporate and M&A department in Gurgaon. She has been involved in private equity transactions and has worked for various key M&A transactions including acquisition of MTN by Bharti Airtel.

Tarun Jain is a professionally qualified lawyer actively engaged in main-stream tax litigation in India.
He is involved in and represents a wide range of clients in all varieties of tax fields before various forums in India including tax tribunals and constitutional courts.
He is a gold medalist in law having graduated on top of university in B.B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.) degree awarded by National Law University, Jodhpur and Bhamashah Award Winner (2007).
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the London School of Economics with a specialization in Taxation.

Ali Amerjee graduated from NLU Jodhpur in 2015. He is currently a Legal Advisor in the Banking and Finance team at Linklaters LLP, London. Before Linklaters, he has worked with ShardulAmarchandMangaldas, Delhi in their mergers & acquisitions and dispute resolution departments. Ali has a variety of experience to his name. He has attended the 10th Summer Course, Xiamen Academy of International Law (China) as a Part-B Scholar and the 5th Summer Course, International Academy for International Law (France) as a Dechert Scholar. He has also participated and won laurels in several debates, moot court competitions and essay competitions.
At NLUJ, Ali received the Vice-Chancellor’s Gold Medal for being the Best Overall Student in the Class of 2015. He was also the Editor-in-Chief of Trade, Law and Development and the Founder Convenor of the Corporate Law Society.

Kartikey Mahajan graduated from NLU Jodhpur in 2011. He is currently an associate in Kirkland & Ellis International LLP’s international arbitration and litigation group in London. Before that, Kartikey worked with Clifford Chance in Singapore.He represents private parties and state entities in institutional, ad-hoc and treaty arbitrations around the world. He has also represented clients in litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions like the United Kingdom, Dubai, India, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Croatia, Iraq and Lebanon.
